Control Panel → Regional and Language Options → Languages tab → Text services and input languages (Details) → Settings Tab. This requires the installation of system files and the system will prompt for you to insert the Operating System Disc. If you are going to install IME for Indic languages or right-to-left languages, also make sure that the option “Install files for complex scripts and right to left languages” is checked. If you have the Windows XP disk then insert it or download it separately from the Microsoft website.
This requires the installation of system files, you may get a message to insert the Operating System Disc.
Make sure that the option “Install files for East Asian languages” should be checked. Go to Control Panel → Regional and Language Options → Languages Tab. Select “Show the Language bar on the desktop”. Go to Control Panel → Regional and Language Options → Languages tab → Text services and input languages (Details)→ Settings tab. Make sure that under System configuration, the option “Turn off advance text services” should be checked/enabled. Go to Control Panel → Regional and Language Options → Languages tab → Text services and input languages → Advance tab. The download will start and after downloading, open that file that will install actual Google IME directly from the server like other Google products. Choose your Operating System type x86bit or 圆4bit.
